How much does it cost to ship my package?
ePingo may share non-personal aggregate or summary information regarding its customers with partners or other third parties for marketing or demographic purposes. However, ePingo does not sell or share any information at the individual customer level. This means that the information shared with third parties DOES NOT include any personal identifying information. ePingo respects your right to privacy an will not sell your information to spammers
Our Price Quote panel provides accurate shipping costs for individual prints, or for multiple copies of prints with the same size and treatment.
Please note that shipping a several prints together is normally considerably less than shipping them individually, even if the prints are different sizes. When your order is placed, the system will take that into account.
The web site ordering system may have trouble calculating the shipping on large orders with a complex mix of sizes. Epingo will contact you before processing if the quote needs adjustment in any way.
How do I know which way to ship?
US Postal Service Priority - the most cost effective shipping method for unmounted prints. Not recommended for urgent delivery because the schedule is not guaranteed.
FedEx Ground - the best for low cost delivery of large packages, framed and gallery-wrapped prints. Schedule is not guaranteed.

FedEx Express Saver, 2 Day and Overnight -
the best way to ship packages quickly, especially on a tight schedule. Delivery schedule is guaranteed.
Note: Express Saver and Overnight are not available to Hawaii. Choose 2-day or Priority Overnight.
International Destinations:
USPS International Priority – The most economical method of shipping packages up to certain sizes (Canada’s limit is 42” in length). Estimated rates $26 plus $3 per pound, 6-10 days delivery to the Europe, UK and Ireland
USPS International Express is often only a little more expensive than Priority. Estimated rates $34 plus $4 per pound, 3-8 days delivery to the Europe, UK and Ireland
FedEx International Ground – An economical way of shipping packages larger than the USPS limit. Be aware, though, that you will be billed a brokerage fee (plus your country’s duties and taxes) directly by them. ePingo can help you estimate that fee.
Available by special request.
FedEx International Express – Recommended if you need guaranteed delivery of your package. Available by special request.
