| At ePingo, we work very hard to make sure that you receive a high quality product and that it meets our high standards. Our technicians use advanced graphics tools to ensure your images maintain their original quality. We review images before printing to check for resolution, color, image content and quality.
Images that, in our judgement, are too low quality will not be printed without first notifying you and getting your approval. If you are concerned about the quality of an image, mention it in the Special Instructions field when you place the order. Poor quality images are defined as too low resolution, too dark or too light, out of focus, dirty, grainy, bent, folded or torn.
We guarantee our products against defects in material
and workmanship for 45 days from the date of purchase. If, for
any reason (other than abuse) your print fades or deteriorates,
we will replace the print free of charge. Abuse is defined as exposure
to excess moisture, direct sunlight, dirt and abrasive compounds
or highly corrosive environments and physical damage. ePingo will, at its option, replace the product with an equal or better product or refund the purchase price.
