Artist Canvas Matte is an 18 mil stretchable 100% acid free cotton/polyester canvas with a matte surface finish. It has tight even weaves and is resistant to water and surface cracking. It is used primarily for brilliant,
well-saturated fine art and photographic images.Please order prints with borders if you want to stretch the canvas over a frame.

Artist Canvas Gloss &
Lustre is coated with a hot laminate to protect the pigmented inks
from damage due to scratches, liquids, finger prints and grime.
Gloss provides a
bright rich clear coating which does not have a true gloss glare. The canvas texture scatters the light reflecting from the surface. The light striking the canvas is scattered by the texture which make the print apear shinny yet viewable in bright light.
Lustre has just a slight sheen, for those who
like a low-glare look.
The surface is washable and is protected from UV light.

Canvas Matte should be framed under glass or coated to protect the surface from dirt and scratches. This is a cost effective and attractive alternative to a stretched canvas gallery or museum wrap.
